WSQ Digital Analytics with Google Analytics

Course Synopsis:

The aim of this module is to enable learners to understand the combined impact of marketing efforts by learning how the new Analytics can measure app and web interactions together. Students will get to analyse the conversions from YouTube video views alongside conversions from Google and non-Google paid channels, and organic channels like Google Search, social, and email, which will help them make sound strategic marketing decisions for the business.

Data Analytics with Google Analytics (DAGA) focuses on equipping marketers and business people with the necessary skills to understand, use and present data from Google Analytics.

Course Objectives:

     On completion of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Understand and adopt basic statistical analysis
  • Use data collection and sorting methods
  • Identify credible and non-credible data
  • Describe campaign sources, mediums and conversions in Google Analytics
  • Understand the importance of data management and digital interactions in Google Analytics
  • Understanding users and digital interactions in Google Analytics
  • Using Google Analytics to identify and increase high-value traffic
  • Calculate Return on Investment (ROI) with Google Analytics
  • Using Google Data Studio to visualize data
  • Using dark data to present findings
