AceTek College welcomes international students from around the world. Prospective students are advised to carefully review the following information before applying and travelling to Singapore.

Student Responsibilities

International students are expected to:

  • Meet the academic entry requirements of the selected course;
  • Possess adequate English language proficiency appropriate for the programme;
  • Have sufficient financial resources to support their tuition fees, accommodation, living expenses, and other costs associated with studying in Singapore;
  • Ensure that all information and supporting documents submitted to AceTek College and relevant authorities are accurate, complete, and truthful.
Student Pass and Entry into Singapore

Students should note that:

  • Approval of an In-Principle Approval (IPA) or Student’s Pass application does not guarantee entry into Singapore;
  • Immigration clearance and permission to enter Singapore are determined solely by the relevant Singapore authorities;
  • Students must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and conditions relating to their stay in Singapore.
Financial Preparedness

Students are responsible for ensuring that they possess sufficient financial resources to support themselves throughout their studies in Singapore.

AceTek College strongly advises students to have immediate access to at least SGD 2,000 (or equivalent) through cash and/or readily accessible financial instruments such as bank accounts, debit cards, credit cards, or forex cards to support their initial accommodation, transportation, meals, and living expenses upon arrival in Singapore.

Arrival in Singapore

Students are strongly encouraged to arrive in Singapore at least two (2) weeks before the course commencement date.

This allows sufficient time for accommodation arrangements, completion of any required formalities, medical examination requirements, and Student’s Pass issuance procedures.

Students who are unable to arrive at least two (2) weeks before the course commencement date should inform AceTek College as soon as reasonably practicable.

Pre-Arrival Requirements

Prior to travelling to Singapore, students are advised to:

  • Arrange suitable accommodation;
  • Inform the College of their intended place of residence in Singapore;
  • Submit proof of accommodation and confirmed inbound travel itinerary to the College;
  • Complete the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) online before arrival;
  • Keep all relevant admission, accommodation, and travel documents readily available during their journey.
Medical Requirements

Students are responsible for complying with all medical examination requirements applicable to the Student’s Pass application process.

Students are strongly encouraged to undergo an appropriate medical check-up prior to travelling to Singapore.

Failure to satisfy mandatory medical examination requirements may affect the issuance of a Student’s Pass and/or the student’s ability to pursue studies in Singapore.

Refunds and Regulatory Decisions

AceTek College does not have authority over immigration, medical, or regulatory decisions made by the relevant Singapore authorities.

Students should note that refusal of entry into Singapore, cancellation or non-issuance of a Student’s Pass, failure to satisfy mandatory medical examination requirements, or any other immigration, medical, or regulatory decision do not in themselves constitute grounds for a refund of fees paid.

Any request for refund shall be assessed and processed strictly in accordance with the Student Contract, AceTek College’s refund policy, and applicable regulatory requirements.
