Ms. Germaine Tan

Germaine is involved in the delivery and assessment of WSQ modules within our Diploma and is a specialist in Sugar Craft. She is a holder of Diploma in Baking Arts & Science, Certificate in Applied Baking Technology from AIB International USA.

She holds an ACTA Certificate and the Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE) from IAL, Singapore. She is also holds a Diploma in Administration Management from the Institute of Administration Management, United Kingdom. Germaine brings a passion and commitment to Adult education that is shared with students

Mr Lim Choon San

Chef San brings over 14 years of industrial experience to his position as Bakery Instructor. He stated his career in 2004 as a trainee with Four Leaves Bakery in Singapore. Chef San is a graduate of BITC where he obtained the Diploma in Baking & Pastry Arts Pastry and Certificate in Bakery Management, Certificate in Supervision 2012- 2014. He has extensive work, supervisory experience and skills covering baking, pastry making and high quality confectionery, through having worked in a number of well-established hotels in Singapore.

Chef San brings a new level of experience and enthusiasm to our team of instructors.
